10–20 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping time.

Production time may vary depending on:

• Special specifications
• Other reasonable production factors

Shipping begins after production and final inspection have been completed.

6. Product Sizing

Please review all sizing information before ordering rings, bracelets, or other size-dependent products.

Wider rings may feel tighter than narrow rings because of the larger area in contact with the finger.

Where a product page contains a specific sizing recommendation, please take that recommendation into account before purchasing.

If you are uncertain about sizing, we recommend contacting APETEAR before placing your order.

9. Returns and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

For consumers in Taiwan, distance transactions are generally subject to the statutory withdrawal rights provided under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, unless a lawful exception applies.

Where applicable, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within seven days after receiving the product without stating a reason.

The cooling-off period is not an extended product trial period.

Silver may naturally oxidize or darken due to exposure to:

• Perfume
• Cleaning products
• Chemicals
• Hot springs
• Seawater
• Swimming pool water

Natural oxidation and reasonable changes caused by normal wear do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Customers should follow the care information provided by APETEAR and store jewelry appropriately when not in use.

四、訂單成立

五、商品製作時間

APETEAR 部分銀飾採下單後製作。

除商品頁面另有說明外，一般製作時間約為：

10–20 個工作天，不包含例假日及配送時間。

實際製作時間可能依訂單數量、商品製作難度、特殊尺寸及其他合理因素有所變動。

製作完成後將依顧客所選擇的配送方式寄送。

六、商品尺寸

購買戒指、手環或其他具有尺寸選項的商品前，請確認商品頁面的尺寸資訊。

部分較寬版型戒指可能因配戴面積較大而產生較緊的體感，請依商品頁面所提供之尺寸建議選擇。

若對尺寸有疑問，建議於下單前聯絡 APETEAR。

七、付款

本網站提供的實際付款方式以結帳頁面顯示為準。

付款服務可能由第三方付款服務提供者處理，使用相關付款服務時亦可能受到該服務提供者之使用條款及隱私政策約束。

八、配送

九、七日解除權與退貨

十、客製化商品

如商品確實係依消費者提出之個人、特殊或專屬要求製作，例如：

十一、瑕疵或錯誤商品

若您收到以下情況之商品，請於發現後儘速與我們聯絡：

即使商品依法屬於不適用七日解除權的客製化商品，仍不影響消費者依法就商品瑕疵所享有之相關權利。

十二、銀飾保養與自然變化

銀飾可能因空氣、濕氣、汗水、化妝品、香水、化學品及其他環境因素產生氧化、色澤變深或表面變化。

此為銀材質的自然特性，並不當然屬於商品瑕疵。

建議避免銀飾長期接觸化學清潔劑、溫泉、游泳池水、香水等物質，並於未佩戴時妥善保存。

十三、智慧財產權

APETEAR 網站所呈現之品牌名稱、商標、Logo、商品設計、照片、影片、圖像、文字、排版及其他內容，除另有說明外，均屬 APETEAR 或相關權利人所有。

未經事前書面授權，不得擅自複製、修改、重製、散布、販售或用於商業用途。
